Description of the service
Questro is a mobile app that lets you play a daily game with friends: you receive random quests, and if you skip or lie, you owe a penalty you chose. The service is provided "as is" for personal, non‑commercial use.
User responsibilities
You must use Questro in line with these terms and the law. You are responsible for your account, your conduct in the app, and any penalties you agree to with friends. Do not share your account, misuse others' data, or try to break or abuse the service.
Content rules
Questro does not include in-app messaging or content sharing.
However, quests and penalties may ask you to do things outside the app (such as sending a message, posting a photo, or making a call). You are responsible for anything you create or share outside of Questro while completing a quest or penalty.
You must not use Questro to encourage or participate in anything illegal, harmful, abusive, or that violates someone else's rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that use the app in a way that puts others at risk or violates these rules.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other reasons we communicate. See our Account Deletion page for what gets removed when you delete.
Disclaimers
Questro is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that quests or penalties will meet your expectations. Penalties are agreed between you and your friends; we are not responsible for how you fulfill them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits, data loss, or issues between you and your friends) arising from your use of Questro. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Questro is operated, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
